We do not accept health insurance but we do accept HSA. HSA acceptance may depend on your carrier. If your card is declined, please contact your HSA provider. If declined, we can provide an invoice you can submit to your HSA carrier for reimbursement. We make no guarantee of reimbursement by your HSA provider.
