- Which assessment should I start with?
- Pick the assessment that matches your goal and book it online — it takes a couple of minutes. Most people start with the Complete Panel (DEXA, VO2max and RMR together), which gives the fullest picture in a single visit.
- Do you offer returning-client pricing?
- Yes — reassessments are discounted. Sign in when booking to see your returning-client rate.
- Can I reschedule?
- You may reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment at no charge. Within 48 hours a $50 fee applies.
