Using the DEXA scan, we monitor your body composition—tracking muscle mass, visceral and subcutaneous fat. We also assess your Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) to determine your daily caloric needs and understand how your metabolism functions, whether you’re a carb or fat burner at rest. With expert coaching, consistent support, and data-driven insights, this program helps you regain control of your health and achieve sustainable weight loss.
